Unless stated otherwise, every item shown is used or refurbished and is working perfectly. If your radio or accessory fails to perform as advertised, contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we'll repair it, replace it or refund your purchase price. IT'S THAT SIMPLE!!
PROGRAMMING:
If you've purchased a two-way radio and want it programmed, email your instructions IMMEDIATELY (conventional analog only, no signaling functions, please), or it will be shipped with test frequencies. All radios not clearly excepted are narrowband-capable. Unless you specify otherwise, your radio(s) will be programmed in narrowband (12.5 kHz) mode in accordance with FCC regulations.
SHIPPING:
All orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day following receipt of payment. We ship only to the United States and Canada. Our customary domestic shipping modes for most items are USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. U.S. shipping is FREE; our base shipping rate to Canada via USPS/Canada Post is $35.00 USD. Canadian shoppers will receive a separate PayPal invoice for shipping charges; for a pre-purchase quote, please ask. If you have questions, don't hesitate to email or call.
